This weeks adoptable FurrButt is Julianna a GORGEOUS Pure Red Bone Coonhound. She currently resides with Lost and Found Dog Rescue and is hoping to find her furrever home.Pictures do NO justice for this babe, she is amazingly beautiful, has those soulful hound eyes and velvet ears.
She is a Submissive female and if you know anything about hounds she will want to spend much of her time on the couch with her head in your lap!
Julianna's nose is always in the air as you can see and she is a very tall girl, the combination of these two things almost guarantees that she will attempt to scale a 6 foot fence if given the chance. She must have a Pet Stop fence system in place to keep her safe. You can not expect a hound NOT to follow their nose!
Have you ever heard a Dog, Bay? Well that's what hounds do! To me it is a wonderful sound and much preferred over a bark, when they Bay it is with purpose, never just because.
